Typical Project Schedule
- Attend on site, discuss client's requirements, make initial suggestions of solutions available.
- Carry out survey of site as necessary, including measuring levels etc.
- Arranging for CCTV survey and porosity testing to be undertaken by specialists if required.
- Produce detailed working drawings and schedules of work.
- Obtain competitive tenders from suitable experienced contractors.
- Liaise with relevant statutory authorities and obtain necessary approval.
- Supervise contractors on site and check quality of works.
- Hand completed project over to client and arrange for programmed maintenance contracts if required.

Our fees are usually based on a percentage of the contract value, alternatively our charges can be calculated at an hourly rate.
